In line with the European Food Safety Authority's (EFSA) policy on openness and transparency, EFSA conducts public consultations on draft scientific outputs in order to receive input from the scientific community and stakeholders on the draft guidance document on the risk assessment to bees that was prepared by a working group of EFSA. The public consultation was open from 18 July 2022 until 03 October 2022, hosted on the Open EFSA website and supported by an electronic comment submission tool. The draft guidance document was accompanied with a document including the supporting information and both documents had several annexes and appendices. EFSA received 1224 comments from more than 40 interested parties. EFSA and the working group wish to thank all stakeholders for their contributions to this work. The present technical report contains the comments received and responses from the working group on how they have been taken into consideration toward finalising the documents.
